Shane Campbell

Shane joined The Hardy Group in 2022 as a highly talented and accomplished project management professional with over 17 years of extensive experience in commercial base building and renovations of all types. He has a proven track record of successfully directing multiple projects to completion through effective management and team collaboration. Shane continually strives to produce high quality projects while adhering to a tight schedule and budget. He possesses expertise in management of multimillion-dollar projects, adeptly navigating complex project needs and critical dependencies with hands-on approach. His ability to foresee potential challenges and proactively address them ensures that project goals are met with precision and excellence.

  • Extensive renovation of guestrooms and public spaces at the Grande Lakes Orlando in Orlando, FL

  • Senior Project Manager, coordinating The Highgate Program, a collection of approximately 150 hotels spanning from New York to California

  • Extensive renovation of guestrooms and public spaces at The Westin Atlanta Perimeter North in Atlanta, GA

  • The World Center Marriott Hotel in Orlando, FL

  • Spring Hill Suites in Houston, TX

  • Residence Inn in Atlanta, GA

  • Hilton in Burlington, VT

Prior to HARDY, Shane has served a Senior Project Manager, Project Manager, Owner’s Representative, and Project Engineer on a wide range of projects including commercial new builds, Hotel renovations, retail, and restaurants.  Shane has work experience for companies including JLL Project and Development Services, DRB Development Solutions, LLC, Solid Rock Advisors, HCPM, Inc./RLJ Lodging Trust, Lodgian, Inc., MHR International, LLC, and Panther Construction & Consulting, LLC.

Shane graduated Magna Cum Laude from Strayer University in Atlanta, GA with a Bachelor of Business Administration. Additionally, he served in the United States Airforce as a Financial Auditor, Government Accounting Technician, and Accounts payable Technician.
