Jessica Ogasawara
Jessica joined The Hardy Group in 2023, bringing with her more than a decade of professional expertise, including seven years in the Hospitality Industry. Her career initially began in education but took a transformative turn in 2016 when she ventured into the dynamic realm of hospitality.
As a Project Director, Jessica oversees project goals, FF&E/OS&E estimates, and procurement. She ensures budget and schedule adherence, manages installations, change orders, and cost control, and handles permits, reports, and project closeout tasks.

Prior to HARDY, Jessica’s diverse background includes roles such as Senior Manager of Owner Services, Concierge and Amenities Ambassador, Lobby Concierge, and Front Office Agent. Her experience spans across esteemed organizations such as The Howard Hughes Corporation at Ward Village, Waiea at Ward Village, The Modern Honolulu, and Hilton Hotels & Resorts’ Odawara Resort & Spa. While at The Howard Hughes Corporation, Jessica supported the Senior Director in Construction Management and turnover phases for luxury residential towers, part of a master plan portfolio, with project costs in excess of $300M.
Jessica received a Bachelor’s degree with a focus on Teaching English as a Second Language from The University of Hawaii at Manoa. Additionally, she received a Master’s degree with a focus in Human Resource Management from Shidler College of Business at The University of Hawaii at Manoa.
