Chris Allen

Chris Allen joined The Hardy Group as a Senior Project Manager in 2024. With over 20 years of construction and management experience, Chris is a self-motivated and organized professional who is driven to find innovative solutions. He has extensive experience leading large teams using motivational and conflict-resolution techniques. In his previous roles, he utilized a variety of skills, including negotiations, creating achievable schedules, conducting efficient meetings, meticulously tracking budgets, forecasting, and proper sequencing.

Prior to joining The Hardy Group, Chris held various roles, such as Project Manager – Large Loss/Commercial-Hospitality, Senior Project Manager – Residential/Commercial-Hospitality, Region Manager – Residential/Commercial, Project Manager/Superintendent – Residential, and Journeyman Carpenter. He worked with companies including Paul Davis Restoration of Idaho, Pinnacle Construction & Development, Cleary Building Corporation, Mountain Home Builders, Ohio & Vicinity Regional Council of Carpenters, and CCB Construction.

Chris graduated Magna Cum Laude with an Associate of Science degree from Southern State Community College and a Bachelor of Science degree focused on Integrative Biology from the University of Montana Western.
