Bob Tassone

Bob Tassone joined The Hardy Group in 2022, bringing with him over 40 years of knowledge and expertise in the industry. Bob’s experience encompasses a range of pivotal roles, including Founding Principal, Director of Architecture & Construction Administration, Senior Design Architect & Architecture Office Manager, Construction Administration & Senior Project Architect, Office Manager & Field Architect, and Project Draftsman. In his current role as a Senior Project Manager, he oversees the active construction phases of projects, ensuring daily coordination with the General Contractor and Hotel Operations for seamless project execution.

  • Extensive guestroom renovation at the Omni Hilton Head Oceanfront ***Resort ***in Hilton Head, SC

  • New build tower, complete renovation of guestrooms and public spaces, and hurricane remediation at The Ritz-Carlton, Naples in Naples, FL

  • Cheeca Lodge & Spa in Islamorada, FL

  • Dirksen Federal Center in Chicago, IL

  • Hyperbaric Chambers of Deerfield in Deerfield, IL

  • Harris School at the Keller Center Renovation in Chicago, IL

Prior to HARDY, Bob was a founding principle at Tassone Architects, Inc., where he provided architectural, design, historic restoration, and construction administration services for commercial and residential properties in Illinois. Additionally, he had worked for a variety of other companies such as Friedman Properties, Urban Design Group, Lohan Associates, Office of John Vinci, and A. May Construction.

Bob graduated from Illinois Institute of Technology has a Bachelor of Architecture degree . He is a licensed Architect and a Registered Interior Design in the state of Illinois. Additionally, Bob is a licensed Architect in Florida.
