Tim has been a Senior Project Manager for over 25 years, spending the past nine years with The Hardy Group. He has extensive construction management field experience along with capital budgeting, planning, and life safety. Since joining HARDY Tim has completed project management for the Sheraton Dallas Downton; the Four Seasons Resort, Lanai, Hawaii; the Hyatt Centric Waikiki, Honolulu, HI; the Hyatt Vineyard Creek, Santa Rosa, CA; the Andaz Maui at Wailea Resort and the Westin Maui Resort & Spa, Ka’anapali, HI.
Prior to joining HARDY, Tim was employed for 13 years with Bristol Hotels and Resorts, five years with Prism Hotels and 4 years with Nantucket Island Resorts. Tim served in the US Navy Submarine Service and graduated with a degree from Utah Valley College in Provo, Utah.
