He is a results-oriented hospitality professional with expertise in construction project management, owner’s representation, FF&E logistics, strategic planning, purchasing, marketing, product development, and hotel operations.

Before joining The Hardy Group, Mike held various roles, including Chief Engineer, Owner’s Representative/Project Manager, and Director of Purchasing. He worked with organizations such as Aimbridge Hospitality, Madison Equities, Inc., Atrium Hospitality, and Carlson Rezidor Hotels. In his recent roles, he managed all aspects of hotel renovations for Atrium Hospitality and achieved a total budget savings of $7.5 million across Carlson-owned and managed hotels.
Additionally, Mike has experience in hotel operations and purchasing at both domestic and international locations. He was part of a Corporate Task Force responsible for hotel training, opening assistance, developing new hotel purchasing documentation, supporting various departments, including accounting, human resources, and engineering.
Mike attended Alexandria Technical College in Alexandria, Minnesota, and received an honorable discharge from the United States Navy.
