Eduardo Limon

Eduardo joined The Hardy Group in 2022 as a Senior Project Director in the Hawaii office, bringing over 20 years of experience in project management, architecture, and design.

With a deep understanding of the Hawaii market and global project delivery, Eduardo leads overall project management, serving as the primary client contact and ensuring exceptional performance across all project phases. He is responsible for establishing project goals, developing design and scope, creating budgets and schedules, and overseeing the Capital Intelligence process. His role also includes contract and change order review, cost management, cash flow forecasting, and managing project staff.

Eduardo’s background spans large-scale mixed-use developments, hospitality, retail, and residential work across the U.S., Mexico, Central America, China, Europe, and the Middle East. He is highly skilled at integrating all disciplines—architecture, interior design, MEP, structural, food service, AV, and lighting—to deliver seamless results for clients.

Eduardo holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from ITESO University and a Bachelor’s degree in Design from Colegio Cervantes Costa, both in Guadalajara, Mexico. He is also a LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP BD+C).
