Ashley joined The Hardy Group in 2019 and rapidly advanced in responsibilities, leading to her promotion to Chief of Staff in 2022. In her role, Ashley manages communications and coordinates decision making related to enterprise-wide strategy, policy, and organizational challenges. Her responsibilities include participating in and supporting new business development, organizing and tracking key enterprise management and financial metrics, and managing the development of The Hardy Group’s organizational design and Work Force Development programs.
Ashley oversees internal project prioritization and progress tracking, supports executive-level initiatives and special projects, streamlines cross-functional collaboration across departments, and helps facilitate board and leadership communications. She serves as The Hardy Group’s Council Director, overseeing and organizing internal councils.
She is an active member of the Castell BUILD program, a leadership initiative produced and supported by The AHLA Foundation—a non-profit organization dedicated to advancing women in the hospitality industry. Additionally, Ashley is a part of TWC Emerging Leaders, a program contributing to the Women’s Collective’s continued efforts to support women in their development as future leaders for their professions.
Prior to The Hardy Group, she began her hospitality career with Spire Hospitality in Hotel Operations for the DoubleTree at SeaWorld in Orlando, FL. Following her passion, she moved on to Project Management & Development at AWH Partners, joining the ownership team to oversee renovations and development of their hotel portfolio.
Ashley graduated from West Chester University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of the Arts in Psychology, focusing on Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
