Alan Levy

With more than 45 years of industry experience, Alan joined The Hardy Group in 2023 as a Senior Project Manager in the Hawaii office. Alan has extensive experience in preconstruction services, detailed cost estimating and scheduling, contract negotiation, construction management, client and consultant relations, and team leadership. He has worked on projects in the private and public sectors, new construction and renovation, high-rise, mid-rise, hospitality, education, healthcare, retail, residential, office, commercial, military, and industrial developments. His work extends throughout Hawaii and across the Western Pacific, including Guam, Saipan, Palau, and Kwajalein.

In his current role, Alan oversees the active construction phases of projects, ensuring daily coordination with the General Contractor and Hotel Operations for seamless project execution.

A selection of Alan’s recent projects include:

  • Project management of structural repairs and remediation coordination at ***Kaua’i Beach Villas ***in Lihue, HI

  • Guestroom and social space renovation at The Westin Maui Resort & Spa,*** Kaʻanapali***, Lahaina, HI

  • Extensive redevelopment of all guestrooms, public areas and exterior pool at ***Four Seasons Lāna’i ***in Lāna’i, HI

Prior to joining The Hardy Group, Alan served as an Estimator and Senior Estimator, Project Manager and Senior Project Manager, Preconstruction Manager and District Preconstruction Manager for various companies including Nordic PCL Construction, Inc., Fletcher Pacific Construction, Western Engineering, Ltd., Isemoto Contracting Co., Ltd., and W.L. McNatt and Co. Alan has also served as a Principal/Construction Consultant for Blue Rock Construction Services, an Instructor for the Hawaii Carpenters Union at University of Hawaii, Hilo Community College and Owner/Contractor for Pan Pacific Construction Services, and Creative Construction Co.

Alan holds a Certificate of Construction Estimating and a Construction Technology Degree from Oklahoma State University. Additionally, he has a Hawaii Contractor License – BC 25651.
