HARDY is pleased to announce the recent promotions of five team members. The commitment, experience and outstanding contributions to the company shown by each individual have made them excellent candidates for these positions.
Nathan Asay,*** Project Executive***
Nathan is an integral member of HARDY. His hard work dedication and success has been acknowledged with the promotion to Project Executive. First joining Hardy in 2009 Nathan has worked with and will continue to lead HARDY’s largest client portfolios, Chartres, Care Watermark and Trinity.
**Will Sneed, **Project Executive
Joining The Hardy Group in 2005, Will has overseen $650 million of renovations at The JW Marriott Marco Island Resort and Spa. For the past 17 years, he manages the entire team to complete renovations of the property. Will’s passion and devotion to his work has been acknowledged with the promotion to Project Executive.
**Chad Wireman, **Director of Technology
Chad has been promoted to the well-deserved title of Director of Technology. Responsible for the management, strategy, and execution of HARDY’s IT infrastructure, providing dynamic, responsive, collaborative, and forward-thinking vision, and leadership of the technology systems and services.
**Nick Opyd, **Senior Project Director
Nick joined The Hardy Group in 2018. His commitment to HARDY projects was acknowledged in 2022, promoting him to Senior Project Director. Nick has been responsible for the project management of 1 Hotel South Beach, Indianapolis Motto, Atlanta Hyatt Regency, and more.
**Ashley Johnson, **Assistant Project Director
Ashley joined The Hardy Group in 2021 with robust administration experience and a drive to break into the hospitality industry. Her successful work on The Charleston Hotel and The Westin Perimeter have been acknowledged with a promotion in 2022 to Assistant Project Director.
