Nashville TownePlace Suites

The Hardy Group is pleased to announce the completion of development and opening of the TownePlace Suites, a Marriott-managed 204 key hotel at 310 Gay Street in the North Capitol neighborhood of Nashville.

The hotel, developed by joint venture partners Deep Cove Partners, LLC, and The Gettys Group, represents a new standard for the TownePlace Suites brand and Nashville Hotels. The project team includes The Hardy Group (Project Manager), DLR Group (Architect), Getty’s One (Interior Designer), Bulley & Andrews (General Contractor), and Populate Procurement (Procurement Agent).
