Promotions of Nick Muntean and Matthew Watters to Senior Project Director
THE HARDY GROUP ANNOUNCES THE PROMOTIONS OF NICK MUNTEAN AND MATTHEW WATTERS TO SENIOR PROJECT DIRECTOR
The Hardy Group announced today the promotions of Nick Muntean and Matthew Watters to Senior Project Director, effective immediately.
“These promotions recognize Nick and Matthew’s leadership, initiative, and consistent performance across complex projects,” said Brent Hardy, President of The Hardy Group. “They have demonstrated strong technical expertise and sound judgment, routinely stepping beyond their formal roles to solve problems and deliver results. Expanding their leadership responsibilities allows us to continue to provide the excellence in development services our clients expect.”
In their roles as Senior Project Directors, Nick and Matthew are responsible for HARDY’s performance on each of their project assignments. Their expanded responsibilities include serving as the primary point of contact for clients; establishing the project vision and goals; and guiding the scope and design development while managing budgets, schedules, and capital planning through HARDY’s proprietary Capital Intelligence methodology. They provide senior-level leadership throughout the contract administration, change management, and cost control processes as well as oversee the internal and external project teams through all phases of execution.
Nick and Matthew have led a range of complex hospitality and development projects at The Hardy Group. Nick’s project experience includes the redevelopment of guestrooms and public spaces at The W Hollywood in California; management of a large-scale new-build development at Cabot Citrus Farms in Brooksville, Florida; and the renovation of guestrooms and public spaces at The Montage Kapalua, Hawaii.
Matthew’s project experience includes managing the brand conversion and guestroom renovation at the Kimpton Ashbel New York Park Avenue Hotel in New York City; the redevelopment of a beach club and public spaces renovation at The Diplomat in Hollywood, Florida; and a new-build development at Cabot Saint Lucia.
